Why is there even a limit? Why is it a pain to reorder the items? When attaching the template to a ticket, the order of the items are mixed up.
Good idea, horribly implemented and leaves a bit to be desired.
I believe the order mixed up is fixed in 12.7.8
Preach! There is a feature request to up that count I think. It's really stupid how low it is.
You can re-order within the Ticket when the Template is applied but not on the Template itself which makes little sense. I already have this logged with Dev.
