Can someone please let me know if there is an easy way to distinguish between Incidents and Service Requests across the entire SWSD Platform. I don't even see the ability to Filter on Incident/Service Request. Makes setting up Dashboards difficult to see the difference. Yes, I am aware of workarounds but they are painful and error prone and I am tired of exporting data and using bulk updates to arrive at would should be simple and basic helpdesk functionality.
