In the Service Desk Service Catalog while modifying an existing catalog item: Has anyone had issues deleting the variables used in a dependent drop down? Unfortunately, I deleted the dependent dropdown field first and now am unable to delete the variable used in that dependent drop down. I've attempted to associate the variable with a new dependent drop down, removed it and still no luck. I would appreciate any suggestions (other than rebuilding the form.)
