Em7yn, check out the Service Catalog. This allows you to create entire workflows that can include Approvals. These approvals can be targeted at specific individuals, or you can select from a number of variables such as; requester's manager, requester's site manager, assignee's manager, and others. Thanks Joel,I've played around with this before, ideally these would sit under incident categories though as from an end user point of veiw that becomes quite convoluted.Is there a way to assign them as an incident?
