Separating Tech Groups

Is it possible to set up 2 tech groups where they do not see each others tickets in WebHD, nor can they assign to each other in separate groups,etc.? As in using Search which seems to look at all data in the database?

Yes, use the option in Setup > Techs > Tech Permissions > {Tech Permission group name} >

Ticket Permissions > Limit to Assigned Tech Groups = Ticked to limit your Techs to only the Tickets within the Tech Groups assigned Request Types and potentially Location Group membership.
