Hello Friends,
I do need help for downloading some configs from our Mikrotik devices in NCM Solarwinds. Everything worked fine till the OS of Mikrotik has been updated and now it's been a while that I faced with Time Out error. Connection refused.
I can telnet to devices from NCM Server. My Connection profile works fine with Mikrotik with lower version of OS but when I assigned them to upgraded device I received the mentioned error.
Connection Profile Values:
Enable Level: No Enable Login
Execute Script: Telnet
Request Config: Telnet
Transfer Config: Telnet
Telnet Port: 23 SSH Port: 22
(PS: I increase SSH & Telnet Timeout to 360 second but nothing happend)
The SNMP works fine for all devices.
