How to create a physical disk report for all our esxi hosts?

We have VAM, and if I click on any of our ESXi hosts I can drill down (host details - summary - current hardware health - disks) and see all the physical drives (hdd and ssd). That's great, but...I'd like to create a couple of reports: one that I can run manually, that shows a summary of the current health status of all disks on all esxi hosts, and one that runs (maybe daily, at the least weekly) that reports any non-healthy disks on any of the hosts we're monitoring.

I'm "new" to creating reports, but not to orion/solarwinds.

So far, I can only figure out how to get a report on the entire "current hardware health" section, which includes *everything*. Maybe useful later, but for now I *only* want physical disk health.

Any help would be great. Thanks!

I updated VMware Host Disks - Reports - The Orion Platform - THWACK (solarwinds.com) to include the hardware information.

You can always start with a disk inventory report and then just apply filters.

Duplicate this report from your system and then add filters to the nodes where you'd pull data.

You can also check the Orion Report Content Exchange to see if someone shared one already.

Thanks; the only builtin disk reports point to disk volumes...so it's reporting VM volumes, not esxi host physical disks. I'll check the "content exchange".

Then look around on your system for another "inventory" report. Worst case, someone probably has one and could provide a starter report.
