How to populate blank tables Total Kilowatt Hours and Energy cost on the Node Total Power Consumption Cost Calculations report?

I have EnergyWise configured on my nodes and populating their power consumption into NPM. When running the Node Total Power Consumption Cost Calculations report, both Total Kilowatt hours and Energy Cost tables are empty. Where can I configure Energy Costs to begin populating these tables?

Is Energy Wise polling enabled for the nodes when you 'list resources' from settings- manage nodes?

Yes. It is enabled for all nodes and properly configured on the nodes. Energy wise nodes and interfaces are being plotted correctly on the graphs. I just don't know where to configure the cost per kwH.

I am assuming you are using the built in report for that. I took a look at the data source for that report and it looks like the price is hard coded in the report. You can change that yourself by pressing the edit button:

Then change the value to what you want.

Thank you for the additional information. I have set the cost manually, unfortunately that did not resolve the problem. The Energy Cost is still not populating into the report.

Oddly, all of these devices are populating energywise data into charts for both the node and every interface. Other EnergyWise reports seem to work and populate the correct data as seen in the example below.

There appears to be some key detail I'm missing to get the cost calculations to work on the built in total consumption report.

This is not helpful, doesn't answer a single question from the thread nor does it even attempt to, is naively assumptive, and unnecessary.

Do you have any relevant or helpful information that might assist in resolving the problem or others in the future?

Did you open a support case? This being an OOTB report, it should just work. If not, that's a problem with the report.
