Is there a way to export a list of all nodes to a .csv or .xlsx file?

I have inherited a mess and the first thing I want to do is clear up all of the unmanaged nodes in my system and ask the owners if they need to be monitored or not. I can see these in Solarwinds, but it would be easier to work off a spreadsheet so I can add notes as I move along. Can data from these pages be exported?

Create a report with the data you want and export the result to excel.

Or use SWQL studio to create a query for all the node and "cut and paste" the result to excel
