So I just installed an new SSL Certificate to replace the old one and when I restarted the help desk it is not letting me see the main web page. Not sure what is going on? any suggestions?
While I thought it was the password for the certificate not being the default, when I changed it in the whd.conf and restarted I still get an error that it will not display the page. The URL is showing a vaild certificate but that is it.
