After upgrading to 12.7.7 the desktop Widgets are not functioning as expected. I believe it is not respecting the location in the saved search criteria. For example, if my saved search criteria is the location and open ticket it will pull all open tickets in the system. When I look at the Raw JSON data for the query location is not there. Does anyone have any ideas or experience with this? Any help would be appreciated.
