Friday, we updated our WHD installation to 12.7.7. Since then, WHD has been extremely slow. After logging in, the ticket list took nearly a minute to load. Clicking a ticket to edit took a full 2 minutes. Saving a ticket loads down to the Details section almost immediately, but the rest of the screen doesn't load for a full minute. Going back to the ticket list took over 3 minutes. Clicking another ticket to edit took 3 minutes. Saving a note only takes a second, but when the whole page has to refresh, there is a lot of waiting. We did reboot the server WHD is installed on, but nothing has changed.
Any ideas?
