I'm seeing this issue with my AppInsight for Active Directory monitor.
I have loads of other AD servers and none of them are doing this? Any ideas about things I could try to turn this green would be appreciated?

can you reach your domain controller on that ldap port from the Orion server? (I had issues with that at one place)
Are there any replication issues with that server in AD? Perhaps its suffering from connectivity issues to the rest of the domain during its poll?
Yes it appears okay. When I test it the creds check out.
Not that I can see they look good. There was replication issues to start with but i'm assured they have been fixed.

Hmmm, I wounder if the "test-button" tests all ports necessary... "Trust is good, control is better". I wound do a "Test-netconnection SERVERNAME -port 389" from powershell on your orion server to be sure.
