SNMP credentials fail for Agent-polled node

SNMPv3 credentials can’t be validated after changing node polling method from SNMP to Agent
Getting “Test Failed. Test execution failed” error after pressing “Test” button with valid SNMP credentials:

Credentials are 100% valid: this is succesfull SNMP test with same creds, same node has been polled:

If I change polling method from "Agent" to "SNMP and ICMP", SNMP starts working (with same creds).
How to fix this?

Сorrect me if I'm wrong, this is the same issue.

If so, question will be asked differently - how long will it take to fix this?
And which workaround do I have to use to have Agent polling and UnDP at the same time?
SNMPv2 is not acceptable due to information security policies.

So I read the article, and either the endpoint needs to support the python by having the module added, or SNMP v2 much be used. Realize that SNMP v2 would be a local query and not traverse the network in this case. The agent will gather the data on the endpoint with SNMP v2 using python, and then package it up and encrypt it to transmit back tot he server. I assume the policy is that you don't want that data in clear text on the network, and it won't be.

Agent installs it's own python and doesn't use systems - am I right?
In that case how can I install this module and why it wasn't installed automaticly?
