Connectivity issues, discarding config for all devices in new environment.

Hello,

I am able to test NCM connectivity to a device here... works fine!

But when I try and download the configs I see...

I've got another SolarWinds poller with NCM using the same creds downloading the configs and that one works fine.

Here is the other SolarWinds environment downloading config :

Where am I going wrong?

As per error, looks like device template not assigned properly for that network device. could you check the all devices templates assigned the auto determined. if not, Please do it or you can create a new device template using of existing one

Thanks for your response.

I thought the same so tried the device template configurator and got the message.

I have another SolarWinds instance setup in the same way that can communicate correctly. The same credentials and the same templates.

Thanks for update. Could you enable session tracing check box available. Please check it. you can able to find out the issue. Please find the below article.
