Do computers need to be removed manually or will they get removed after not checking in after a period of time? We have Windows 7 computers still coming up even after being replaced from 6 months ago.
The way to deal with these computers is to update their Status to Disposed. The records remain for historical reporting purposes, but they machines no longer show up in the "Active" computers list, nor do they counts towards asset licenses.
