I need to make reports in solarwinds but in an exquisite way where I can put my own conclusions and observations, is that possible? I only found the automated way, I can't put comments.

There's no native way to do this in the SolarWinds reporting feature, so the best you could do is output the report to a file, then manually attach it to an email after you've written up your conclusions and observations.
