How Do I Enable the feature to "update the SWSD ticket from Email" ?

Question

I'm unable to find the place to enable the "update the SWSD ticket from Email"

- in cases where the creator of the ticket "REPLIES" to the SWSD ticket from his Outlook Inbox

- I also need to know if it will automatically save the attachment to the ticket as well?

Thanks Joel. I'll have to place a ticket because this is definitely not working for any users/tickets at all.

This feature is a default one that doesn't need to be "turned on".  If you are not seeing this work, I would reach out to support.  Yes, file attachments will be saved with the ticket.
