We have a Tech that is out indefinitely that had hundreds of open tickets. I am closing them out and was wondering if their was a way that I could insert a message like,
Hello Tech support requestor.
Given the age of this request, we are assuming this issue is resolved at this time. If this is in error, please respond to this email and we will address the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience while we update our past requests.

and basically add it to several tickets at once them resolve and close them?
