F5 Big-IP is not monitored on Load Balancing

Hi All. We already added our F5 device and it is already being monitored. However, on Load Balancing page, it says that there's no any F5 load balancers being monitored. The F5 Big-IP on list resources is already checked and we still experience this issue.

Hi there, 

SolarWinds polls specific OIDs for F5 information, you can find the full list here: https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/What-OIDs-are-polled-for-F5-statistics?language=en_US

In order to determine whether or not your devices are able to provide that data, you should run an SNMP walk to the device from the SolarWinds server. This will give you an output of all the OIDs that are resolvable and then you can search through to find the relevant metrics: https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Troubleshoot-connectivity-and-MIB-issues-with-SolarWinds-SNMP-walk-IPv4-only?language=en_US

If the device is unable to provide these OIDs, SolarWinds will not be able to poll them, and this could be caused by a number of issues on the F5 (Firmware, bugs, etc) - at that point I'd recommend getting in touch with the vendor to understand why the OIDs or the data aren't available.
