SolarWinds NPM Interface pages goes Unresponsive for nearly 2 to 3 mins

SolarWinds NPM Interface pages goes Unresponsive for nearly 2 to 3 mins, cause for this issue is not yet identified. SQL DB and SolarWinds servers have fair amount of capacity to take the load, Have tried repairing Job engine, Collector service, NPM Website, still issue persists. Have a ticket raised with SW tech support but no solution/cause identified for the issue. Please any one the forum can advise on the issue ?

Having the same issue, I also made a case with Solarwinds and their response was to add more memory and CPU even though we have plenty to spare.

Losing trust in SW support team more and more.

Unresponsive issue has been resolved, a specific resource in the interface page was malfunctioning, removing and re-adding the resource fixed the issue. SW tech support assisted to find out the cause, to mention @Akeel Taj from support team really did some due diligence on this case .

Thank you, I'll try and get hold of @Akeel Taj and see if they can figure out whats making our site unresponsive as well

Thanks, @sarathi_rangan for the mention. The issue you were facing was specific to one View/dashboard.

@martin.lkab, the issue you are talking about; is it with just one View/dashboard or across the whole web console?

For @sarathi_rangan the issue was specific to the Interface Details view and we were able to identify and fix it. If the issue is across the whole web console, I'm afraid it could be due to performance issues.
