NTA data not collecting. Could you advise

Hi All, today morning we checked the NTA summary data. we get the error. ( Error: NetFlow Service inaccessible. Verify that service is 'Started'. ») Not seeing the data in graphs also. Netflow service running on all solarwinds servers. But we see the logs identified this below error. Could you advise.

Error details : NTA has detected that version of your existing NTA Flow Storage DB schema (4100000) is different than supported by current version (4090000) Please help me on this one.

Yes, I am going to upgrade the version 2020.2.6 Version today. will update to you.

Hello,

I seems the NTA DB schema shows there was installed version 2020.2.6 but NTA application main/poller is actually running lower version. You may upgrade you NTA main./poller to 2020.2.6 and use this NTA DB. If you have still troubles ,could you contact support please?
