We are receiving email alerts with the message "Error processing mailbox messages: Tag mismatch!" Has anyone else seen this and knows how to resolve them? I haven't found an answer for this error message on the forums.
Could you please login to portal.office.com and log in using your admin access? Go to Active users and look for your Webhelpdesk email. Could you please go to mail and make sure that all services are checked example: owa, smtp, pop, imap, etc. Also, please check your keystore.jks and make sure that the certificate is still valid.
Confirmed the user already had all mail services enabled. Get a error when trying to look at the keystore
I'm having this same issue intermittently, perhaps 1 in every 100 requests are met with this error, the rest work fine. Did you find a resolution?
Nope, still happens intermittently.
Thanks for the response, I think I'm just going to silence notifications for that type of error.
