Can someone please suggest how can we fetch the Serial Number/Chassis ID for WAP's monitored under Cisco WLC.

Your using SNMP right? you may have to use udp to poll the controller with snmp and pull the s/n.

Try using snmpwalk on

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2170
