Cisco WAP inventory report

Hi, I couldn't find an OOTB report for WAP inventory that includes AP serial number, IP address etc.

I have assigned custom pollers to each WLC, and values displayed for each poller is correct.

Seeking forum help to build a report using the listed pollers as you can see in the picture below for each WLC.

Format would be something like WLC Name, AP Name, AP IP Address, AP Model and AP Serial Number.

Just saw your post.
I struggled with this for a bit also.
Did find a post on Thwack that helped me out in building the report, but don't remember the link anymore.

I modified my report (SQL) a bit & uploaded it here.

Hi @alain_p - appreciate your help on this, thank you. I have imported the report and unfortunately it did not work for me. Although I've modified cpa.ASsignmentName to the ones matching in my original post, there is no luck. Only 4 pollers are assigned to my test WLC - AP Name, IP, Model and Serial and I can see 'Software' as well in your report. Could this be the reason why the result is empty? Please help. Many thanks.

Yes indeed. The database is also being accessed for that data.
If you don't need it, just remove it from the SQL query behind the report. All things with t4 mentioned ;-)

Sure, here you go. Add below OIDs via UnDP and assign them to each WLC that you wish to report on.

AP NAME : 1.3.6.1.4.1.14179.2.2.1.1.3 (Assignment name as bsnAPName)
IP : 1.3.6.1.4.1.14179.2.2.1.1.19 (bsnApIpAddress)
MODEL : 1.3.6.1.4.1.14179.2.2.1.1.16 (bsnAPModel)
SN : 1.3.6.1.4.1.14179.2.2.1.1.17 (bsnAPSerialNumber)
SW Version : 1.3.6.1.4.1.14179.2.2.1.1.8 (bsnAPSoftwareVersion)

Once you have verified the pollers are returning correct values, go to 'Manage Alerts' and import Alain's report from here. And, you're done.
