Event Management Capabilities

Hello - I am trying to understand what capabilities are available within the SolarWinds Platform for event management.  Specifically if SolarWinds detects multiple alerts for the same issue, is there a tool that will recognize this and consolidate it into one actionable alert that could be fed to ServiceNow? - Thanks

We previously had a free offering called Alert Central which provided the functionality you describe above. This functionality is not, however, native to the Orion Platform at this time.
