If someone includes the WebHD email in a general email with others, it will create a new ticket. But when anyone on the email reply all to the original person (which will include the WebHD email as well), it creates a new ticket each time. I've looked at email options in WebHD and tested and cannot figure out if there is a way to stop this. Anyone have any ideas? Can we check the subject line coming in maybe and see if it is exact same, do not create?
