Change the e-mail on Email Settings

Hi guys,

I have a doubt about e-mail settings on SWSD. I want to update SD e-mail address from xxx.samanage.com to one e-mail from my company support (my domain).

It is possible? Cause even when i do update e-mail address it still appears in the top as you can see below:

No, you cannot change this email address.  Most users will use a forwarding rule form their internal support email address to the support@xxxxx.samanage.com address so that users can send an email to the internal email address and it will create a new ticket.
