I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this but here goes.
I've been asked to create a report that we can give to the executives that gives an accurate representation of network availability. Part of the problem we have is that while we are responsible for the network devices (predominantly telemetry radios), we are not always responsible for the downtime due to power supply issues, etc. which is the responsibility of another team.
At a minimum we would like the report to have a column for availability for every day of the month, then a total average for the month. If its simpler, a rolling 31 days would work too. As long as we have the daily data, we can manipulate it in Excel at the end of the month if necessary.
Ideally we would also include the custom property I created which indicates when poor availability is expected due to third parties or maintenance activities. Not sure if its possible, but if this property is changed halfway through the day, we would want this to be reflected as the whole day.
I know this is likely going to need to be done in SWQL, and whilst I've had some success with some simpler queries, I don't have the skillset to pull this one together unfortunately.
Any assistance would be really appreciated.
