Palo Alto Insight

Hi all,

Currently i am testing my palo alto insight feature. but when i insert my serviceID to poll the data. below error appear. is there any way for me to check on the logs. if yes can please advise on which file for these palo alto insight is located.

i need to verify the error information.

I'd raise a support case as SolarWinds has 100's of logs and is a bit of a nightmare at times to navigate

yes, but did solarwinds inform which logs is used to check on this?
