WHD not working.

When I am trying to access WHD I am getting the following error : An error occurred while handling request /helpdesk/WebObjects/Helpdesk.woa/ra/configuration/initialGSWValues: Please contact administrator.

Please anyone help me in troubleshooting this issue.

I figured it out. Contacting support is the last thing I will do. Solarwinds support is beyond pathetic.

For anyone looking for a potential answer, a likely cause for this error is the privileged networks setting in the whd.conf was not set to allow the IP/Subnet of the computer setting up WHD initially, or the person setting up WHD was not using the server the app was installed on to setup the instance. The privileged network setting allows other systems access to set up the GSW page, and if there is none set, I believe it defaults only to allow local access when being directed to the GSW page. The other workaround is to change the hidden whd.properties file with the instance info needed.
