Interface alert trigger long time to respond

Hi

I have a problem with interface trigger. When interface is down It will take a long time to alert or maybe there's no trigger and just reset only.

If I set the polling for 2 minutes, it will be sent alert in 5 minutes, then I try to set the poll to 40 seconds, alert will be trigger in 2 minutes.

How i can setting alert to faster ?
