Snow Alert action failed to create incident

Hello Thwack Friends,

I am implementing a snow integration with solarwinds in one of my new project and successfully able to add instance. But when alert triggers it failed snow action and throwing below error in alert details.

"action has failed Type 'System.String' is not supported for deserialization of an array."

My Orion version is 2020.2.5 .

Any help much appreciated if anyone faced the same issue and resolved.

Issue is resolved after correcting the new server name swisURLidentifier in website setting table. I would like to advise to solarwinds to update migration/hostname change KB article and add websitesetting table too update the swisURLidentifier value.

unfortunately again started receiving the same error. Unable to create incident. shared diagnostics with support but no response yet.
