Over 30 Days Since Last Windows Update - Help

How would I go about setting up something that emails us when a server (in this case all of our domain controllers) is over 30 days since it's last windows update/or reboot?

Hi. There was a previous post about alert when a server had not been rebooted in a certain number of days. It did not catch windows updates.
