Powershell script to grant Non Admin access on domain controllers running on windows core image

We have around 40 new domain controllers running Windows core image. I need help to configure these server to have non admin WMI access to monitor server, services, events, processes etc.,

Since configuration needs to be done using command line as no GUI is available , can anyone help me with a set of commands or powershell script to achieve this.
