403 Forbidden while running a restapi query using AD credentials

I'm seeing the 403 error while using AD credentials to query the solarwinds using following https://swindap01ewm1.oa.oclc.org:17778/InformationService/v3/Json/Query. But While using the local account it's working fine. both local account and AD account configured exactly same. really appreciated if someone can help me with this.

I typically use the PowerShell, but if I use curl, I can use an AD account as long as I specify the domain and user.

curl.exe -k -u domain\user:password https://server:17778/SolarWinds/InformationService/v3/Json/Query?query=SELECT+TOP+100+NodeID,+IPAddress,+Caption+FROM+Orion.Nodes
