Orion Maps 2020.2.5 - Invalid url format

I was able to insert an Orion web URL to an image, shape or text field, but after I upgraded to 2020.2.5 I get a message when I enter a URL saying 'Invalid url format'. It seems to be only doing it on Orion web pages that are views ie:

myorionsite/.../SummaryView.aspx&ViewID=597

I added the Google URL and a Node Details URL and they work fine.

I tested it in my lab environment and same error.

Anyone else seeing this? If so, were you able to fix it?

@s-bolyard - There was some work done around this in order to mitigate potential for cross site scripting vulnerabilities, however, in my tests I am unable to reproduce this issue. In my tests however, the & is typically a ?

As an example:

hostname or ip/Orion/SummaryView.aspx?ViewID=187

May be silly but does that make any difference?

i'm having the same issue. when i replace the & with a ? i just get an error

It works for some, but I also encountered others that this fix did not resolve the issue. I started a new message string, see below.
