Hello Folks,
I trust you're all doing well. So, today I decided to test out the new Software Approval Request by Email feature introduced into Microsoft SCCM - whereby a user can request an application install directly from the Software Center and an email is sent to a designated email account. In this email, are Approve or Deny buttons.
Now I'm attempting to leverage the Ticket by Email feature of WHD and have everything working so far, EXCEPT that the resulting body of the ticket that gets created seems to be stripping out the Approve / Deny buttons and rendering them as plain text.
Has anybody run into this problem before? if so, can you kindly share how to overcame it?
