We have a tech group comprised of L1 and L2 techs. Why can't both levels see all tickets for that group in the group tickets tab?

Have you cleared the Query and Filter for the the Group Tickets view?
Do you have other tech permissions such as :
Limit to Assigned Tech GroupsLimit by Location GroupLimit by Department Group
These particular techs are admins so no permission limitation as far as I know. How do I clear the Query and filter, or can you point to the documentation around that? I'm still searching
Any other thoughts around this?
For filter click clear and remove the Query if you have one assigned:
Check you haven't places those admins in any Tech Permissions, as this can be screw-up your admins...
