I have a tech group comprised of level 1 techs participating in a round robin assignment of tickets. We also have lead techs not participation in ticket assignments, however I would like them to get an email on ticket creation only. I've set up an action rule that sort of works except there is no option to include the ticket details, only subject line. Is there a better way to email level 1 techs and lead techs on a ticket creation with the same info a level 1 tech gets?
