is it possible to mass delete old attachments from your WHD environment?
Either from the User Interface or DB?

Was able to strip off the Attachments from WHD database and cleared 6GB worth of attachments. Not advisable but it works
How did you accomplish this?
Secure Delete of Tickets is the only official way of doing this which will remove associated attachments from Tickets & Notes
This looks like something being done in Outlook not WHD so is not relevant to the question.
