I've retired a couple of storage arrays but Storage Manager is still reporting those disks in its licensing. How can I reset the license count?
Jonathan - I've confirmed that support has a solution for you to clean out the old devices. It requires using a custom SQL query against the database, and because of this, we highly recommend that we have support run it. Open a case with them (either through the Customer Portal or via phone) and they can assist you. Let me know if you have any questions/problems.
