How to Export Ticket Request Types

We have a lot of ticket request types and sub-request types.  Is there a way to export a list of all of them?

These are the options you have to Export the Request Types:

Go to Setup - Tickets - Request Types

Expand all sub request types, then either copy and paste into a document or take a screen shot

Or

Using the API to get a list of the all the Request Types

Or

Look at the DB and run a Query
