We run Web Help Desk on Microsoft SQL Server. I'd like to export a specific population of tickets and also all assets from that database. I haven't found documentation about this yet on THWACK or on the solarwinds site. I realize I can export tickets from the interface in a tsv export. What tools do you recommend using to connect and export the ticket & asset data directly from the database? What data format was easiest to work with after the export?
