Is there a way to mass export all tickets? All tickets opened within a number of years? I don't want to click "select all" on thousands of screens to export a screen of tickets at a time. Thanks in advance!
Define your search query and display your search results, then
old down the shift key and click at the top of tick list, and the tick will turn light blue, this will include all pages of tickets.
Then export the tickets, by clicking on the Cog and select "Download TSV"
