Goodday why do we have gaps in tickets numbers eg 35856-35887

Go to Ticket Search and type "35856-35887" without quotes, within the Ticket number search.

It could be that tickets located within a Group that you can't see.

Or they have been merged, deleted, cancelled or closed already...
