Wow, we have run into a huge amount of issues getting support to help us with an error we get on the WHD when emailing.
We switched to M365 from an in house exchange server, and we keep getting this error:
451 5.7.3 STARTTLS is required to send mail [MN2PR19CA0003.namprd19.prod.outlook.com]
The best the support people so far have come up with is that we needed to update to the latest version of another software!
I am afraid we are going to be dumping Solarwinds for good if their support system is continuing to be this poor.
Has anyone run into this? Everything we have tried has been fruitless.
