Is there any guide or API on how to modify the ticket interface (at code level)? it seems that there are no plans in the near future for customization.
I have been requested to make the interface look more clean for the tickets interface (technicians interface), we don't really use location nor department (nor other fields) so it would be helpful to get them removed or hidden.
We are aware that if we install an update, all our changes will be lost, but it is still worth it for us.
