Is there a way to get information about Change Advisory Boards and Approval Processes that have been applied to tickets from the WebHelpDesk REST API? At `/ra/Tickets`, I can see an attribute for `needsApproval`, but that's the all the information I can find. I could also filter using the "Pending Approval" status as a qualifier if that was all I needed. I would like to set up reporting by CABs that are pending certain persons on tickets, but the query capabilities in WebHD don't seem to support querying tickets by attached CABs.
If I had a way to request all unapproved Approval Processes, the approvers they are pending, and the tickets they are associated with, that would meet my needs well. I've been combing through the WHDAPIGuide and other THWACK threads with no luck so far. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
