Custom Forms - 3 columns

Is there a way to add 3 custom fields to one row within a custom form (aka 3 columns worth of controls) or group custom fields together?

There is currently no way to use a three column layout.

We are currently working on a Dynamic Forms capability that would allow you to group custom fields together.
